Adam Norwest
Comedian Adam Norwest, the 2012 winner of CMT's
Next Big Comic
competition, released a new album,
One of a Kind, this week. Distributed by San Francisco-based Rooftop Comedy, the
project is available
on Rooftop's website and
iTunes.
Norwest, a Seattle native, began performing professional improv comedy at age 13 and later became the youngest comedian ever
to compete in the Seattle International Comedy Competition. He continues to perform at colleges and clubs throughout the U.S.,
including shows set for Thursday through Sunday (July 19-22) in Boise, Idaho. "Winning CMT's
Next Big Comic is huge
for me," Norwest said. "Definitely the biggest thing in my career so far. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity they
gave me." Regarding
One of a Kind, he added, "I am really proud of this album. I think there is something funny on
it for everybody."
