Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw and Toby Keith are among the early winners at the 46th annual CMA Awards. The awards show takes place Thursday night (Nov. 1), but the winners in two categories were announced earlier in the day on ABC's Good Morning America. Chesney and McGraw won in the musical event category for their collaboration on "Feel Like a Rock Star." Keith and director Michael Salomon shared video of the year honors for "Red Solo Cup." Chesney will perform during the awards show airing live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. McGraw will perform with Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum and Blake Shelton as part of a Willie Nelson tribute during the ABC telecast.
