Taylor Swift will headline New Year's Rockin' Eve this year with a New York City performance just before midnight, ABC and Dick Clark Productions have announced. Swift is the event's first announced performer. Ryan Seacrest will host the show. The ABC telecast will begin with a two-hour tribute to Dick Clark, who hosted the show for four decades and died in April. In related news, Swift accepted three awards Sunday night (Nov. 11) at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Frankfurt, Germany, in the categories of best female artist, best live performer and best look. Swift also performed during the ceremony.
