George Strait will be presented the Country Radio Broadcasters' 2013 career achievement award during the Country Radio Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Feb. 26 in Nashville. The honor is presented to an individual artist or act to recognize significant contributions to the development and promotion of country music and country radio. Previous recipients Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Rogers, Charlie Daniels, Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire. Strait, who was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2006, has sold nearly 69 million records during his career. He recently launched his Cowboy Rides Away tour which resumes Feb. 16 in St. Paul, Minn.
