Trace Adkins presented a $670,000 check to the American Red Cross on Sunday night's (March 10) episode of NBC's All-Star Celebrity Apprentice. The donation reflects money Adkins and his team raised during the first task of the new season of the reality series. Among those contributing to the fundraising effort were Amy Grant, model Niki Taylor, philanthropist T. Boone Pickens, the Grand Ole Opry and several other Nashville-based businesses. Adkins serves on the Red Cross celebrity cabinet. He and his family were assisted by the Red Cross when their Nashville-area home was destroyed by fire in 2011.
