TENDERLOIN
Sprinkle salt, pepper garlic salt and brown sugar over two small pork tenderloins. Wrap in foil. Cook in
a 350 oven for one hour. Check for doness. Remove foil and cook 10-minutes.
CHICKEN WINGS
1 1/2 pounds chicken
wings washed
Place in a foil lined 9 x 13 pyrex. Melt one stick of butter and pour over wings. Add one bottle Franks hot
sauce. Cook one-hour at 450. Delicious!
PUMPKIN BREAD
4 cups plain sifted flour
2 cups sugar
2 t soda
1
t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/4 t ground ginger
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup water
1
cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour two loaf pans. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon,
nutmeg and ginger) in a large mixing bowl. Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs and water together. Add pecans. Combine mixtures together.
Divide batter in each pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/4
hours at 350
CHIPS AND DIP
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes with chili's

pound Velvetta cheese cut in inch squares
Melt cheese in microwave with tomatoes. Stir well. Serve with Dorito's or Tostito's.
PIMENTO CHEESE SANDWICHES
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese, room temp.
4 oz. sliced pimentos
3/4 cup Hellman's
mayonaisse
Using a wooden spoon, mix all ingredients. Be sure it's supple enough to spread.
Use white bread, spread
Miracle Whip on each slice. Smear with
pimento cheese mixture. Use a sharp knife to remove the crusts.
Wrap with clear
plastic. Why do I prepare it this way? It simply tastes better!
PUMPKIN PIE
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz)
can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 t cinnamon
1/2 to ginger
1/2 t nutmeg
Beat eggs in a large
bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Turn into crust. Bake at 450 preheated oven for 15 minutes. Lower heat to
350 and continue baking for 20 - 25 minutes.
