Ooey Gooey Peanut Butter Choclate Cake

BEEF TIPS
2 pounds stew beef in bite size pieces
1 can celery soup
1/2 can water
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
1/2 cup sour cream
Mix first four ingredients in a large covered baking dish. Cover and cook for 3 hours at 325. Add sour cream and stir. Serve over cooked rice.

RICE
1 cup white rice
1 1/4 cup water
Bring to boiling. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir.

PASTA SALAD
1 (16 oz) box seashell macaroni
1 small bunch green onions
2 small pickling cucumbers, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
5 T Ranch Dressing
6 ounce bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
2 ounce jar pimento
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Mix other ingredients and pour Italian and Ranch dressings over all. Mix to coat.

CANDIED SWEET POTATOES
3 potatoes
1 cup sugar
sprinkle cinnamon
Boil potatoes until just soft. Remove from heat allowing to cool. Peel and slice potatoes; place in a flat Corning Ware dish. Add sugar and cinnamon. Place in a 350 oven checking every 15 minutes. Spoon juice over potatoes. If potatoes appear dry, pour Karo syrup over them.

OOEY GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CAKE
Cake:
1 package yellow cake mix
2 eggs beaen
1 stick butter melted
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Pre-heat oven to 350
Combine cake mix, beaten eggs. and melted butter. Beat with mixer. Stir in chocolate morsels Pat the mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
3/4 cup Jif peanut butter
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners sugar, sifted
1/2 cup milk chocolate morsels
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and Jif Peanut Buuter until smooth. Add eggs, melted butter and vanilla and beat with mixer. Add confectioners sugar and beat well. Stir in chocolate morsels.
Spread mixture over cake batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Do not overbake. Center should be gooey.
