Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin, Macaroni and Tomatoes, Broccoli Casserole, Sliced Canteloupe with Fruit, Fudge Pie
Pork Tenderloin
small pork tenderloins
bottle Italian dressing

Place pork in large plastic bag (s) or bowl. Allow to marinade overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Sprinkle pork with a little salt and pepper. Place pork in a baking pan. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes. Turn over and cook 10 minutes on the other side. Taste
for seasoning and doneness.

Macaroni & Tomatoes
1 1/2 cups macaroni (cooked according to box)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 t salt
2 t sugar
3 T butte

Cook macaroni according to recipe on the box (I think 7 minutes). Mix cooked macaroni with tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and butter. Place in a casserole and bake 15 minutes at 350.

Broccoli Casserole
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup instant rice (Uncle Ben)
1 cup grated cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 stick butter
2 T onions chopped fine

Put ingredients in a fry pan and mix well. Place in a casserole
dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Sliced canteloupe w/ fruit

Fudge Pie
1 1/2 cup sugar
small can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3 1/2 T cocoa
1 stick butter, melted
1 t vanilla

Stir ingredients together; pour in pie crust. Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until firmly set.
