Sausage Balls
1 pound sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. finely grated cheddar cheese, room temp
2 cups Bisquick
dash
Tabasco
Blend until well mixed. Shape into small balls. Spray baking pan
with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Pigs in a Blanket
1 pkg. Hillshisre Farms Little Smokies
1 (8-count) pkg. Crescent dinner rolls, separated.
After
seperating rolls, use kitchen shears to fit pieces
around sausage. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until
brown. Serve
with mustard and/or catsup.
Cocktail Wieners
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
3/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup catsup
1
pkg cocktail wieners
Combine jelly, mustard and catsup in a saucepan. Heat until
until jelly dissolves; stir well.
Add wieners. Cook over low
heat for 2 hours or until desired consistency.
Meat Balls
2 lbs gound beef
1
medium onion finely chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 t salt
Mix ingredients and shape
into balls. Heat in fry pan with
a little Crisco. Or bake in the oven at 350 until done.
Sauce:
1 Jar Barilla sauce
1
large can tomato juice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cups catsup
1 T Worcestershire
1 t salt
1T sugar
Mix
in a large pan. Let mixture come to a boil; add meatballs.
Reduce heat; allow to cook slowly for two/three hours.
Melon Balls
cherry tomatoes
red and green seedless grapes
cheese cubes
Golf Balls

1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 sticks melted butter
1 can coconut
Mix
well - shape into balls. Use dipping chocolate - in a tray
on aisle with cooking stuff near chocolate. Bakers Chocolate
or
Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark. Melt in microwave. Use a
toothpick - dip balls into chocolate - pale on wac paper to dry.
