Sausage Balls (for Jonathan!)
1 pound lean hot sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated - room temp
2 cups Bisquick
dash tabasco
Blend until well mixed. Shape into small balls. Spray baking
pan with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Crunchy Chicken Crescents
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
6 - 8 ounces cream cheese
2 T butter (room temp.)
1 8-count pkg. crescent dinner rolls, separated
1 cup seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 cup melted butter
Cream two tbls. butter with cream cheese. Add chopped chicken
and mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto each roll. Roll
dough to enclose filling. Seal. Dip rolls in melted butter. Coat in
stuffing mix. Place on baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Pigs in a Blanket
1 pkg Hillshire Farms little smokies
1 8-count package crescent dinner rolls, separated
After separating rolls, use kitchen shears to fit pieces
around sausages. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until
brown. Serve with mustard and/or catsup.

Chili Con Quesco Dip
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chiles
1 block Velveeta cheese
Heat slowly in a heavy skillet until cheese melts. Serve
with large Fritos.

Taco Dip
1 pound ground beef
1 pound sharp cheddar, finely grated
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
8 oz. carton (1 cup) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 small can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Brown meat with onions and green pepper. Drain; add taco
seasoning, beans and tomato paste. Mix well and pour into
baking dish, Spread 1/2 cheese over meat mixture; add sour
cream and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25
minutes. Serve hot with nacho chips.

Dump Cake
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 (21 oz.) can Comstock cherry pie filling
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter
Grease 9 x 13 pyrex. Dump undrained pineapple into pan;
spoon evenly. Dump in pie filling, spread evenly. Dump cake
cake mix over cherries; spread evenly. Sprinkle pecans over cake
mix. Slice butter in thin pieces and place on top of pecan layer. Bake
at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
