In a Florida emergency room, Jeff Markin is declared dead 40 minutes after suffering a massive heart attack. But as Jeff's spirit floats in limbo, he sees an angel who tells him everything will be okay at the same time the chief cardiologist hears a voice telling him not to give up. What follows is a medical miracle. Then, after ignoring a mysterious voice telling her not to go to work, and an ominous premonition from her sister, Amy, Jinelle Markham is hit by a train during her morning commute. But as the behemoth slams into her car, she feels a spiritual presence pull her out of her body. What doctors find when she gets to the hospital is nothing short of miraculous. Plus, restaurant manager Michelle Campbell is at work when she looks out the window and sees a mile-wide F-4 tornado tearing across the interstate -- right for the diner. There's no time to escape. But as the twister starts tearing apart the dining room, Michelle feels a mysterious presence lift her up and push her to the safety of the back room.
