Coming off of the competition in Trenton, the girls prepare to add even more difficulty to their routine, and Katie is called upon to step up her tumbling. Lexi takes a hard hit to the face during practice, and Patty Ann wonders if the girls are taking on too much. J.J. conspires with Patty Ann's son Nelson to give her the surprise of a lifetime at CJA, and Jenna deals with a death in the family. As they head to Baltimore, the girls are determined in their last competition before Worlds.
