About Episode

  1. Country tours are heating up and hitting the road. One of the hottest tickets in country this year is duo Montgomery Gentry with Trace Adkins. We'll catch up with both acts on a recent tour stop to find out what fans can expect when heading out to one of their shows. In honor of his father, baseball great Tug McGraw, country superstar Tim McGraw is selling bracelets made from the seams of baseballs inscribed with the elder McGraw's uniform number 45 and YGB -- the initials for "Ya Gotta Believe," the phrase he made popular. Proceeds will be directed to the Tug McGraw Center for Neuro-Oncology Quality of Life at Duke University in Raleigh, N.C. We'll talk with Tim McGraw about this project and how it came about. The Dukes of Hazzard is making a big return, both on the big and small screens. L.A. correspondent Lisa Lee will be on the set of the upcoming movie starring Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke and Willie Nelson as Uncle Jesse. She'll have interviews with members of the cast and some great behind-the-scenes footage. CMT Insider will also spotlight the original series return to the small screen as CMT prepares to air the popular series. We'll also catch up with the original Bo Duke, John Schneider, to find out what he's up to these days. Also on tap this week: we'll visit with Shooter Jennings about his upcoming CD Put the O Back in Country; spotlight the new releases by Jamie O'Neal; and get this week's Hit List from CMT's Lance Smith.
