The CMA awards may be headed to New York City this year, but not all the honors are leaving Nashville. In special awards ceremonies this week, performing rights organizations ASCAP and BMI honored this year's top country songwriters and artists. We'll be on hand for both ceremonies and catch up with some of the big winners. Superstar Kenny Chesney received a special award at the annual ASCAP awards ceremony. Named the Voice of Music, Chesney was one of many artists and songwriters honored at the event. We'll sit down with country's hottest star to get his response to such an award. The life of country legend Johnny Cash will soon come to the silver screen with actor Joaquin Phoenix playing the role of the singer-songwriter. We'll have a sneak peek at the movie Walk the Line and talk with Phoenix about learning to sing like Cash. Singer Joe Nichols is back in the spotlight and will soon have his latest CD in stores. We'll sit down with the young star to find out what fans can expect from III and get his take on "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off."
