Full Biography

  1. Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Paula MacNeill has spent most of her career in Toronto and Los Angeles. In Toronto, she signed a single to Quality Records and discussions for a full album were under way. However, Quality Records folded just months after signing. Since then, she has appeared in numerous musical theater shows. In Copacabana, pop singer Barry Manilow handpicked her for the starring role of "Lola." Her love of performing and music has brought her many different experiences. MacNeill sang and toured with the country trio LACE for several years and with them made the journey to Afghanistan to sing for the troops. She has also landed roles on some made for TV movies and has voiced national TV commercials. Other credits include having one of her songs chosen as the theme song for an award-winning documentary, Breaking News, Breaking Down, and for a breast cancer awareness commercial.
