About The Series
Never a dull moment, never a major hit. Singing duo The Warren Brothers have come close but have never quite grasped the brass
ring. They've had brushes with fame and rubbed elbows with superstars for years, and in their inimitable way, have created
an enviable, although quirky lifestyle. In Barely Famous: The Warren Brothers, CMT takes a comical look through the
eyes of the unpredictable Brad and Brett into their almost-famous life, which runs the gamut from hanging out at the Waffle
House to hanging out at superstar Tim McGraw's house.
The Warren Brothers have penned hits for the likes of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Faith Hill, Sara Evans and countless others, yet the
duo remain anonymous to almost everyone but their family. They've received five CMA nominations and no wins; seven Top 40
singles, yet no Top 10 hits. In Barely Famous: The Warren Brothers, they offer an all-access pass on their hard road
to fame and the distractions along the way.
They call themselves the Cato Kailins of the McGraw family. They have recently gained TV exposure as judges on the hot talent
show Nashville Star and began touring with McGraw in June 2004. Every episode will have an all access pass to their
"barely famous" lives from them hanging out with their truly famous friends to hanging with their not-so-famous friends.
