Achieving the DCC "look" -- straight hair or curls? Blonde or redhead? The girls are in the dark about what Kelli and salon director Rainer Schneck have planned for them when they get their dramatic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders makeovers. Then, the girls face their greatest fears when they're hoisted 16 stories in the air and dropped kicking and screaming into a net. It's a free fall that is so scary some can't even manage to do it. Who takes the challenge and who chickens out? At rehearsal, Kelli makes a dramatic decision that affects everyone in training camp. For the first time in DCC history, she invites a former contestant into training camp -- three weeks late. When the competition starts getting cutthroat, another girl is released from training camp.
