Extreme Home Makeover meets Queen for a Day style pleas from real hillbillies, telling us why their favorite redneck deserves to have their wishes come true. The people are very deserving, but their dreams are not what you'd think. They're all super middle-America-minded wishes. Is it an Iraq veteran who can't seem to get fatigues out of his mind so he would love to have a camouflage Lamborghini to honor his service? Or is it a truck driver who dreams of a pimped-out pontoon boat to spend the weekends cruising down the river and not thinking about the pavement?
