Sometimes hosting a show can be demanding and difficult. This is not one of those times. Join host Lance Smith in Panama City, Fla., for spring break as he counts down the hottest videos in country music and introduces some brand new ones to the list. Warm up with some beach scenery and hot music on this week's Top 20 Countdown. Brooks & Dunn's "God Must Be Busy" and newcomer Ashton Shepherd's "Takin' Off This Pain" are new to the show. Also hitting the Top 20 Countdown is the new video by Trisha Yearwood, "This Is Me You're Talking To."
