About The Series
CMT's True Grit will tell the stories of some of America's most well known characters in a manner that hasn't been
done beofe. The emphasis will be the emotional themes which demonstrate why our featured subject has "true grit." The soundtrack
to each episode of CMT's True Grit will be a unique and unexpected blend of music from CMT's current playlist, as well
as traditional classics. The lyrical passages of the music will help propel the story, or reveal an emotional truth about
