Yes i agree, it doesnt cost money to be clean...the house they lived in was old but they could have kept it clean. Based on principle, Gerald should have made them clean it up and keep it clean for at least 6 months and if they could do it? Then he could have gifted them a new house.
OMG!! A new trailer is an upgrade? They will crap that up again too. Just take a second look in a month or two. LOL!
