This song hit home this week. I found out one of my co workers tried to commit suicide a couple weeks ago and another co worker's son tried in January. The one two weeks ago was all of 19 years old. no one saw it coming. He was at work one day and the next he was in the ICU after taking over 100 pills and cutting his wrist. He would have shot himself too but he passed out before he reached the gun. So sad he felt he had no reason to live anymore. He's going to have a long recovery, he tried to do it again a couple days ago, luckily he's still under medical supervision in the hospital. The one in January was in his mid 20's and a promising business man. He did it because he felt he was a failure in his dad's eyes. Very sad our young are feeling this way today.

I lost my dad a year after mom had died.He took his life after he had lost everything that he had.He didn't have his wife anymore and then lost his kids after he had done something he couldn't take back.I miss him everyday but I am okay that he gone cause his forever in my heart.I love you daddy.I was only 12 and my baby sister was only 2.

this song is so sad i lost my dad 7 and a half months ago due to suicide and it hurts alot suicide is a very hurtful thing noone knew that my dad was thinking about doin it. So please remember talk to your parents or your children about whats goin on in there lives
This video is so sad, I actually had a friend commit suicide back in 2001 at the age of 18. This song is well sung and is a true tribute to my deceased friend. I often felt like killing myself as my parents didn't approve of my life, but this song helped me get through my issues. thank you blaine, you helped me a lot!!!
this is a wonderful song and i hope it teaches parents to see the signs before it is too late because my husband lost his 17 year old brother to suicide and no one knew how he was feeling until it was too late.
