Steven a versatile singer, great showmanship, I would certainly buy his music he sold me on the song by sting every breath you take wow he'll take country music to a new level. Matt sounds like to many other country singers.

It seemed to me like Matt owned it so I'm going to vote for him. I can definitely see him as a star.
I have to go with Matt, because he is so "country" and yes, this IS a "country music competition". Steven did a terrific job too...I loved his singing, especially on "Crazy Arms"...WOW!...he did a super-fantastic job on that one! I'm for country all the way, so Matt gets my votes. He's an awesome country singer...MUCH better than some of the newer so-called "country" singers today. Go Matt go! Bring us more traditional country music! I wish both Matt and Steven much success with their musical careers.
I have watched the full episode from last week (6-3-11) over and over and over and played the single videos of both Matt and Steven over and over and over since that show! Steven, "Crazy Arms" may not have been your style, but WOW...what a job you did on it! I could listen to you sing those true country songs over and over! And Matt..."you made "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" YOUR song! Good luck, guys!

CMT could you have figured out a harder way to vote online?????????? You don't tell people they have to be logged in, and when you vote it doesn't tell you it's not counting your votes this is a real unfair voting method, all people are not computer smart, and half of the cell phones won't let you vote. so how fair is this. NOT at all, and no we don't know all the rules.........................they are a joke really upset with this unfair system. Oh yes have you ever heard of regular old phone they have redial buttons :):)>O, which most people can use and most have. I have to leave the site every time I vote and return to vote again, totally 1985. Ok feel better.

I've had more trouble deciding between Matt and Steven. I like them both...Matt on some songs and Steven on others. Matt's more Country, so that was my deciding factor. Voting for Matt like everyone else it seems looking at these comments.
