AMAZING!!! I highly recommend their debut album "This Is Indian Land." Every song is a keeper. I also recommend Cody's music from Cross Canadian Ragweed. Their style and lyrics are fabulous, you won't be disappointed if you like Red Dirt/Texas/Americana music.

I bought this cd yesterday and it's all I have listened to.Love it! Can't wait till they do their own songs on the next one.I'd like to see a video for "A Little Rain Would Do".What a song...And to all of the morons crying they aren't country,I have 2 words for you that ain't Happy Birthday.CMT plays non-country all the time such as Taylor Swift,Jason Aldean,Rascal Flatts and KID FRIGGIN ROCK.NONE are country.Just a bunch of non-talented hacks throwing words together for a bunch of 15 yr olds and lonley housewives.At least with Cody and the Departed,they're playing something that HAS TALENT!!! Red Dirt all the way!
Red Dirt Forever!! Guess you have to be from Texas or Oklahoma to understand. I suggest if you want to appreciate Red Dirt you get you 'achy breaky hearts' off the couch, put down the remote and get yourself to a live concert where artists have a message to tell and not just cr@p to sell.

CMT has always cherry picked Outlaw/Texas/Red Dirt Country music.... One things for sure, no matter what cherries they pick, Cody will still be taken names and Kickin a$$ like he's always done and the loyalty alone speaks louder than any dollar amount.... cheers Cody and see y'all Sunday!

I can't believe CMT doesn't play more of Cody Canada and The Departed...They're a great band making great music! But then again, they never played much of the former band Cross Canadian Ragweed...must be politics or something
