I had no idea after googling the name of this song that Miley Cyrus sang it. I was even less prepared for the video. After watching it a couple of times though I get why I was a bit shocked. Hannah Montana she's not anymore. Miley's growing up and wants us all to know it. She managed to convey a level of maturity in The Climb that was missing from her previous videos. She's taken it a bit further with this one. As far as how she's dressed, I see grown women in less everyday. She's dressed like every other teenage girl in this country so I don't see how her clothes can be construed as making her less of a role model. Nor do I beleive her dancing in this video is bound to corrupt our youth. I mean, c'mon, how many of you have bought a Barbie for a young girl? Not the same maybe, but not so different either. Miley's finding herself right now and that shows in her videos. Everyone should cut her some slack.
