Not to make anyone mad but Lady is not country at all. Your right country is changing, but it is not country, it is a bunch of pretty boys and girls who grew up in the city and got lucky singing the songs that song writers wrote and got big because "coutry" got big. These people have probably never got any mud on thier boots let alone any mud on the tires on their Honda, and have never been any closer to a dirt road then in the songs that they sing. If you ask me people like Justin Moore and Josh Thompson are the only recent artists keeping country where it should be. Sorry if I made any one mad, but had to say it.

What is wrong with Kid Rock? he did i great job, he opened the awards rocking, Country music is chaning, look around you, the old country is the roots yes but everything is starting to be more up beat, that has me more of a fan, if you said he is a bad model beaucse of him drinking and smoking, how about concerts? i dont see you voicing agaisnt those, they are sposnsered by some beer company, so open your eyes if you dont like how country is chaning sorry, tough luck, its changing. I love kid rock, he is a great perfomer, he did a great job. He is the only singer i know that can sing any genere of music and still sound good

CMT did not do a very good job at finding an appropriate host for the 2010 CMT Awards. I would have loved for my grandchildren to have watched, but I don't want them watching a dope head drunk. With all the wonderful country singers that are out there today, CMT scrapes the bottom of the barrel and comes up with Kid Rock to host, and Sheryl Crow was a bit much at the end also. Teenagers should not be encouraged to drink, why was it necessary for Melissa Peterman to go back stage and advertise the drinking and smoking of funny things. It was ridiculous.
