Taylor is young and is never afraid to step out of the box. It is a given that the older country fans are going to understand it and that is fine. I mean look at Tim McGraw when he performed with Nelly. So many things are changing and too many people can't deal with it. Taylor Swift is so great for this genre because she turns so many younger people onto Country music. She has her own unique style of writing, singing. and performing. There are going to be those haters out there, but Taylor has more people who love her music than haters and that was proved in 2008.
I think Taylor Swift is awesome!! So what if she does a duo with T-Pain! Big deal...what our young ladies need today is a good role model like her! I have yet to see any bad reports in magazines about her, I have yet to hear rumors about her, nor has she caused any kind of controversy of any kind! She's a smart classy young lady who has a lot going for her!! I truly wish her the best and more success! You've gotta admit though, Thug Story is freaking hilarious!!! You go girl!!!!

I love it! She is so exciting to follow! She is really getting the younger generation tapped into country music. No, she is not your "traditional" country singer, but she is true to herself and to her fans. She is a great role model for young girls! I can't wait to see what she will become over the next few years!
