He kinda reminds me of Rob Thomas. I have been down to Music Row several times. There are so many really good singers and songwriters out there not discovered. It is a joy to walk in and listen to them, kinda of sad how some are living out of their trucks and in the alleys till they make it though. My advice if you ever go to Nashville-STAY AWAY FROM PRINTER'S ALLEY-The silver tounge Devil lives there. Happy New Year Y'all! I hope you get that record contract. My blessings are with you. Jeff Bridges was the best in "Against All Odds" hands down.
I'd never heard of Ryan Bingham until I saw "Crazy Heart" last night, and went out and bought the soundtrack. Both the movie and the music really touched me. This song is raw and beautiful; so is Mr. Bingham's voice. If you haven't seen "Crazy Heart," it's worth it. The acting, singing and soundtrack are impressive.

I love his music. He hasnt recorded anything I dont like. Hes kind of old school country but hes anything but that. He sings from the part in his soul that we all have were pain wounds and it never heals. We just carry it around . I am sad that at such an early age he has been through enough that you can clearly hear that in his heart and soul which oozes out of all his music. I would like to see him go far and do what ever he wants to with his music and i would like to wish him some happiness.
I love this guy's music. He's a real country musician who's led the life that he sings about by travelling through the rodeo circuit. You can tell his music comes from the soul/heart and has that edgy raspy voice that country music has forgotten about.
