I'm just saying he can't judge anyone else for not being "country enough" when he has explored varied musical avenues. There isn't anything wrong with that, everyone's got to do what they like. As long as it's good music, who cares? If you don't like it, don't listen to it, that's simple. Don't like the radio? There's CDs, iTunes, etc.

Great Song Shooter. Love your music and have since the first album!! Its a damn shame the radio stations don't play your stuff. That's the message. Loretta Lynn's last album with Jack White (Van Lear Rose) was awesome also, and didn't get any air time either. And so many other artist that work so hard to make something great, and we don't get to hear any of it because it doesn't fit in the pre-made box.Thanks CMT for doing what you do to get some air time.

I am a big Shooter fan and have been since the first time I heard him. This video is simple and to the point without distracting the viewer with a bunch of dancing girls and extras. Everything he says in this song is DEAD ON. Shooter is #1 as far as I'm concerned.
