this is a sad song makes me cry every time i hear it... when i was little i was abused by my parents but luckly i got help and was later adopted into a loveing family... i am now 19 and have a daughter of my own and when i look at her i cant see how a parent can hurt there child there supposed to be protecting them

Never thought I would here my song. I walked so far in quest of healing the turmoil inside of me. Saying "What doesn't kill me makes me stronger" and "The Sweet it is not as Sweet with out the Sour." I can only think what I went through will enable me to help someone one day. I never had the courage to go speak with the school counselor. I endured phy,emot, sex abuse, abandonment, and loneliness to the point where I had to drop out of high school, run away and find help. Here I am. Standing as tall as a Mountain and beautiful from the inside out. An example of the resilient human spirit. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. So grateful I never laid down to give up. Thank You for your beautiful song. I lied to them all. I pretended to be normal. I don't have to lie anymore. The truth shall set you free.
