Wish they had input this change back during Christmas because Taylor would've ruled Hot 100 for at least 2 weeks based on sales, airplay, and Youtube views. Billboard made this change because Gangnam Style never went to #1 and they're upset over it, so they made Youtube views an important metric now. Stupid, if you ask me! No!
