it's a good clone but take off the stems off the dried shitake mushroom and use chinese cooking wine to deglace instead of straight up pour into the sauce. Other than that Todd got it good

Why is it so hard to find these recipes on the website? He announces to go tot he website to find the recipe at the end of every show, yet when you get there you have to search through the comments to find them. What gives? Lawyers?

Is there a way to get a copy of your hacked recipes? I would love to try to cook the Lettuce Wraps. I am so glad that a show like this is finally on TV!!! You do a great job!
