I lost my husband to this terrible disease on January 11,2011. Although this song is sad it is fantastic that a country music artist is attempting to bring ALS to the publics eye. My husband survived for 2 1/2 years.Kevin keep strong and fight hard. My prayers for you and your family. May God keep you close.
A sad song with so much meaning
Hi Donna, so sorry to hear about your husband. I've had to fight through some tough situations recently, and this song has been quite a help as well. I bought his album through his website, tyherndon.com, but it is also available through Amazon.com and iTunes. The whole album is wonderful! It's my go-to tunes for my trip into work each morning. Where's Ty been? Loved his music and then some "incident" and he was gone.
This was a song that I have gotten to hear in person, it moved me to tears... Ty is just such an amazing person who in the short 5 minutes that I got with him has inspired me to do so much more than I ever thought I would especially with my work with the Women's Crisis Center <3 ya TY

Corie~ God Bless you and your family. ALS is the most horrible disease. My mom who is my very best friend and the grandmother to my children was diagnosed with ALS in March of 2009. We are Blessed by the time God has given us with her. I will be by her side until her last breath. Keep the faith and know that Brad will be watching over you until you can meet again.
I just saw this video yesterday while I was with My MOM who has ALS. My heart goes out to anyone who has ALS or has a family member or friend who has ALS. Thank you for playing this video. I love this video!!!!..My husband Brad.. .battled ALS for over 2 years before it took him......he was only 46.....very active, happy, always on the go ...everybodys friend.........He passed on Feb 1 2010....leaving me (Corie) and his son Curtis now 18......Please lets find a cure for this awful mean disease......it cheats people out of everything .....I miss and love my husband so very much....he was truly my best friend and my true soulmate....Curtis' friend and counselor and partner in crime..lol.....and most of ...Dad......Rest in Peace Bradley Dale Langford........we love and miss you every minute of every day
