Opry Lineup Jumps With Western Swing and Cajun Zing
It will be a lively show Saturday (Nov. 11) on Grand Ole Opry Live. Louisiana's Jimmy C. Newman performs the rocking "Tex-A-Cajun" and "Good Deal Lucille." HighTone Records' young western swing group, Hot Club of Cowtown, romps on the title cut of its new album, Dev'lish Mary. Paul Brandt, winner the Canadian Country Music Association's Male Artist of the Year award, sings his uptempo new single, "What I Want to Be Remembered For" and his romantic hit, "I Do." Longtime Opry member Jeanne Pruett tops off the show with a performance of her country smash, "Satin Sheets."
