Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to pork chops. Cover each side.

Cook until tender.

Add some Short Sugars Barbecue Sauce from Reidsville, N.C., (vinegar sauce) and sorghum molasses that carries the George Jones brand. Sprinkle the chops with the two latter ingredients.
