It's been a big year for wunderkind Billy Gilman. First, a million-selling debut album, and now his first trip to Europe. Gilman returned to the States this week after meeting with Sony staffers and making media appearances in London. The 12-year-old jetsetter also reportedly did some sightseeing at Buckingham Palace. Gilman's second single, "Oklahoma," will be released to radio Oct. 9.
