Rhonda Vincent released her third album for Rounder Records, One Step Ahead, on Tuesday (April 29). In addition to playing mandolin, Vincent has won the International Bluegrass Music Association’s female vocalist award for the past three years. She also taped a bluegrass special for PBS on April 2 and will appear on Grand Ole Opry Live with Alison Krauss on May 3. 04/30/03
