Minnie’s Memorabilia To Be Auctioned

Country music collectors and fans will have an opportunity next month to purchase at auction items from the estate of one of the Grand Ole Opry’s most beloved stars, Minnie Pearl. Before her death in 1996, “Cousin” Minnie Pearl entertained audiences for over 50 years with her brand of home-spun comedy. Items for sale to the highest bidder will include a lifetime’s collection of cars, rugs and antiques. The auction will be held January 16 at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville.
