Wynonna Loses License After DUI

Pleading guilty Tuesday (Dec. 16) to a drunken driving charge, Wynonna Judd has been sentenced to 200 hours of community service and will lose her driver's license for a year. However, she will be eligible for a restricted driver's license during the revocation period. She was also fined $350 plus court costs. Police say Judd registered a blood alcohol level of 0.175 percent after police stopped her Land Rover near Nashville's Music Row in November. Tennessee's legal definition of drunken driving is 0.08 percent.
