Sausage Balls
This is easy. Kids love it. I serve sausage balls as an appetizer or as a meal with potato soup and steamed broccoli or baked sweet potato and green peas.
1 pound hot sausage (room temperature)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (room temperature)
3 cups Bisquick
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients with your clean hands until dough consistency. Shape into inch-size balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes.
