ASCAP Honors "What Hurts the Most" Co-Writer

Songwriter Steve Robson accepted several plaques and trophies to celebrate the No. 1 song, "What Hurts the Most," at ASCAP's Nashville office on Wednesday afternoon (May 3). Robson wrote the Rascal Flatts hit with Jeffrey Steele, a BMI writer who was not able to attend the ceremony. The three members of Rascal Flatts were traveling and unable to attend. In their absence, producer Dann Huff graciously thanked Robson for giving the trio another major hit. Robson also co-wrote Rascal Flatts' "Feels Like Today" and "These Days."
