Little Big Town will headline the ninth annual Grammy Block Party on Tuesday (May 8) in front of the Nashville Chapter of the Recording Academy. The private event brings together more than 1,000 music business professionals for a night of music and networking. Other performers include Sarah Buxton, Jedd Hughes, the Bees and Colbie Caillat. Little Big Town is currently on tour with Martina McBride.
