Japanese Fruit Pie

It’s been my pleasure to have a lot of Japanese friends in my home, but never has one ever heard of this recipe. Hence, I don’t know where the name came from, but it is tasty.

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut

Preheat oven to 325°.

Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.
