Well, here's one reason to look forward to your upcoming appointment. Carrie Underwood is on the cover of the upcoming issue of WebMD, which includes a feature story on how Underwood stays so healthy at home and on the road. She's on airplanes and in meet-and-greets more than anyone I know, so she must be exposed to a steady stream of germs. Yet I don't recall ever hearing that she was too sick to perform, so she must be doing something right. And as for eating well, she tells the magazine, "It would be very easy to just go eat that all the time. But if I don't know what's in it, I don't eat it. That's my rule." So she's not trying any home-cooked gifts from her fans, I guess.
