Coconut Macaroons

Coconut Macaroons

1 ½ cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Drop by level tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.

Yield: 1 dozen
