OFFSTAGE: What's for Dinner, Rascal Flatts?

(CMT Offstage keeps a 24/7 watch on everything that's happening with country music artists behind the scenes and out of the spotlight.)

So it looks like Rascal Flatts is heading into the restaurant business. I guess that makes sense. They're a big brand name and can pull people in, much like Toby Keith and his I Love This Bar & Grill.

You can already see the renderings for the first RF restaurant and notice how it will have an exhibition-style kitchen, displays of band artifacts and a standing-room-only stage area that will accommodate up to 500 people. The first location will be in Arizona, and then there are plans to open more in 2013 and 2014 in the District of Columbia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Minneapolis, New York, Florida, Massachusetts and Wisconsin.

But what I can't seem to find is any information on the menu. And I'd really love to know what you'd serve at a Rascal Flatts restaurant. How about an "I (Patty) Melt"? Or the "Here Comes Dessert"? Or how about some "Bless the Bruschetta"? And I'm sure they'd make a mean "Mayberry" martini, right? Maybe, just like in their 2006 song, they'll even serve your whole meal "Backwards."
