Hunter Hayes' current single, "I Want Crazy," and his self-titled debut album for Atlantic Records have been certified platinum by the RIAA. The platinum level represents a combination of 1 million units sold or downloaded according to RIAA criteria. Hayes will make his first trip to Thailand and Japan for an Aug. 24 concert with Jason Mraz at the Sonic Bang Festival in Bangkok and appearances with his band on Aug. 26 in Tokyo and Aug. 29 in Osaka. Hayes will headline the CMT on Tour: Hunter Hayes' Let's Be Crazy tour which launches Oct. 10 in Knoxville, Tenn. The tour also features singer-songwriter Ashley Monroe.
