Brad Paisley Opening Rolling Stones’ Nashville Show

British Band Will Play LP Field on June 17

Brad Paisley has been tapped to open the Rolling Stones’ June 17 concert at Nashville’s LP Field.

It’s not the first time the Rolling Stones have selected a country act to open for them. Brooks & Dunn accepted the challenge at a 2006 concert at Qwest Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

The rock band’s Zip Code tour kicks off May 24 at Petco Park in San Diego, California, and will play 15 stadiums in North America before closing July 15 in Quebec at Le Festival D’Été de Québec.

Paisley launched his Crushin’ It World Tour this past weekend, playing to more than a total of 50,000 fans during sold-out shows in Philadelphia and Raleigh, North Carolina, and the Shaky Boots Festival in Atlanta. He currently has tour dates scheduled through early October.
