Poor Brett Eldredge. How will he ever pick the next Miss America out of all those gorgeous women set to hit Atlantic City in September?

That’s right. Eldredge is the first of seven celebrity judges revealed for the 2016 Miss America Competition, which airs live next month on ABC.

It’s a tough, tough job, but it seems the “Lose My Mind” singer is more than happy to do it.

“I get to judge Miss America. Are you kidding me?!” the singer said. “Talk about a dream come true! I can’t wait to be a part of this.”

The glitz. The glam. The gals. This is Eldredge’s kind of night, y’all. The debonair and dapper country hottie is always dressed to kill on a red carpet and always oozing charm from every pore of his body.

He was tailor-made for a gig like this.

So now my question is this: Will he sing during the evening? Oh, please, Miss America committee, please? Give that man a microphone and let him sing for us. It’s only appropriate.

Eldredge’s fellow judges will be revealed in the coming weeks. The competition is set to air live Sept. 13 on ABC.
