Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman Share Love While Apart

His "Please Come to Boston" Moment

Will the romance never cease?

On Saturday night (June 25) when Keith Urban was playing a show near Boston, he told the fans why he was with them and not his wife Nicole Kidman on their 10th wedding anniversary.

"Tonight is my wife's and my 10-year anniversary," Urban said, adding that Kidman had planned on joining him, until her Top of the Lake shoot in Australia got in the way. "So, after the gig tonight, I'm flying to Australia to celebrate our anniversary."

That's the point in the concert where it would've been so perfect if he'd covered “Please Come to Boston” by Dave Loggins.

Urban then proceeded to take fans on a little trip down memory lane, sharing a picture of his girls Sunday and Faith, and one of himself with Kidman right after they'd met.

"We just met a few minutes before this photo happened," he said. "Nic and I got along really well."

Before the show, he'd tweeted that picture saying, "Our very first photo together 2005, minutes after being introduced. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY BABY. LOOOOOVE YOU! xxxxx - KU"

Kidman shared a picture, too, of their first date after that initial meeting. She posted, "Throwback to 11 years ago, our first date. Happy 10-year Wedding Anniversary, wow! Love you more and more baby…”

What else did he have to say? Watch.
